  We spent two nights at the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium, a 568-room tower on New Phetchaburi Road that some might know as the Avani+ Atrium Bangkok, as the rebrand to Grand Mercure happened in 2022. We booked a two-night stay here, and it turned out to be a value-for-money choice. There are things about the property that work very well and one or two that do not, and I will get to both.
