  We had some time before a flight out of Terminal 2, so we went over to check out the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge here. If you've read our review of the Terminal 3 KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, you'll know we found that space genuinely impressive after its 2022 renovation.   The KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 used to be noticeably worse. Before the 2022 renovation, there were no toilets or showers inside the lounge, which meant you had to leave and use the terminal facilities. That's since been rectified, and the renovation also expanded the footprint significantly. It's a much better space now than what it replaced. We recently visited this lounge as part of our trip to Japan to catch the cherry blossoms this year.

  We redeemed this flight using EVA Air's Infinity MileageLands programme at 80,000 miles per person for a one-way business class ticket on Singapore Airlines from Copenhagen to Singapore. That's a significant saving over what KrisFlyer would charge for the same routing, and one of the reasons EVA Air miles remain popular for Star Alliance redemptions.   We’ve visited the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Business Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 on several occasions over the years, so the photos here are a mix from different trips. The overall feel hasn’t changed much between visits. If anything, it’s mostly the floral displays and orchids that get rotated, along with the occasional seasonal décor during festive periods.
